How we handle the information you send us through this website.

This website is operated by VYOMKARA GLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN U46101TN2026PTC194022), registered in Tamil Nadu, India (“VYOMKARA”, “we”). This notice explains what we collect when you send an enquiry, why, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you use the enquiry form, we receive the details you enter:

  • whether you are a buyer, manufacturer or business partner;
  • your name, company, country, email address and (if you give it) phone or WhatsApp number;
  • your business category, product or requirement, quantity, destination and message;
  • an RFQ or specification file, if you attach one.

To keep the form secure and stop spam, the site also uses one essential session cookie while you fill in the form, and records a one-way coded (hashed) version of your IP address to limit repeated submissions. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and the website does not load content from other companies' servers.

Why we use it

Only to read and answer your enquiry: to understand your requirement, contact you about it, and follow up on the sourcing, supply or service you asked about. We also use the security information above to protect the form from abuse.

How it is stored

  • Your enquiry is sent by email to our business mailbox, with your file attached.
  • A record of the enquiry (without the attached file) is also kept in a protected file on our web server, so it is not lost if an email fails to arrive. Attached files are never stored on the web server.
  • Access is limited to the people at VYOMKARA who handle enquiries.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. It passes only through the services needed to run the website and deliver email, and we would disclose it only if the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records only for as long as we need them to respond to you, follow up and keep normal business records, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner (see below), unless we have to keep it by law.

Your requests

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us by email at info@vyomkara.co.in or by phone at +91 85319 01455, and mention your enquiry reference (it starts with “VYK-”) if you have it.

If we change how we handle enquiries, we will update this page and the date above.
